March is Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month and we've teamed up with Buffalovebirds & other businesses in Western NY to join the campaign in raising funds to help fight against it.
In early 2023, the American Cancer Society (ACS) reported that 20% of diagnoses in 2019 were in patients under age 55, which is about double the rate in 1995, and rates of advanced disease increased by about 3% annually in people younger than 50. And the rise of those in their 20s, 30s, and 40s have sounded the alarms. It's time we all pay attention.
