This delicious product was inspired by our love for fresh figs from our greenhouse. Each year we bury our fig trees to prevent them from dying over the winter and we are rewarded with fresh, juicy figs every summer. Though we don't produce enough figs to put in these jars for our customers, we make sure everything that goes into our products are sourced from the highest quality vendors. These preserves are sweet, but not overpowering and make an absolutely wonderful topping for toast, crackers, goat cheese or even taste great right out of the jar.
