Now, how do you get to that point? How do you look at an ingredient and feel so sure of what is in it? To start, you can read the ingredients label. Go through every ingredient that you see listed on the label, and if there is any word that you do not recognize, look it up. Unless every ingredient is natural, that is not the ingredient for you.
Also, be careful about the tricky ways that some brands describe their ingredients: “goat milk” is goat milk, and nothing else. Also, look out for parabens, formaldehyde, phosphates, sulfates, alcohol, and gluten, and avoid them at all costs.
At Legends Creek Farm, we are devoted to honest, straightforward ingredient labeling because we want you to know exactly what is found in our products. We are proud of the ingredients that go into our soaps, lotions, oils, herbal salves, and body butters – plus all our other skin and body care products.
