Experts recommend that those between 18 and 60 get at least 7 hours of sleep, those 61-64 get 7 to 9 hours of sleep, and anyone 65 and up to get 7 to 8 hours of sleep. So getting a minimum of 7 hours of sleep seems to be ideal for most adults.
Are you making sure that you’re not only waking up at an optimal time but also going to bed at the right time so that you can be fully rested when your alarm goes off at your optimal wake-up time?

Some people who get up at 7 am to make it to work by 8:30 might find that going to bed a little earlier getting up at 5 or 6 works better for them.
