Customers may return all unused products for a refund, but our original cost to ship the product to you will be deducted from your refund, even if shipping was free when you placed the order. We do not accept returns because of missed sales and customers wanting a lower price. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back and for making sure the items are packaged safely. At our discretion, we reserve the right to refuse sales of our products to anyone found to be abusing the return policy.

We cannot accept returns on any products that were opened, used, or any food product. Returns that contain used or opened products will be disposed of, and the cost of the product will be deducted from the refund.

Orders that are returned to us as not deliverable for any reason other than due to mistakes made by Legends Creek LLC will be refunded with our original cost to ship the product to you deducted from your refund.

Orders shipped with the free shipping option will be sent by ground mail. Please select a paid, priority mail option if you need the items faster.

On rare occasions, the USPS will lose or damage packages. In the event this happens to you, we do guarantee all orders. We will either replace your order or refund it at our discretion and will file a claim with USPS. Customers must cooperate with all claims, or the replacement/refund will be forfeit. Customers must assist by checking with your local post office/mail carrier, or refunds/replacement will not be issued.

We are not responsible for delays in shipping times caused by the carrier, the weather, or any other issue that is out of our control. If you pay for expedited shipping and it is not received in time, we can help you file a claim with USPS.
