"Legend's Creek Arnica salve is more solid (in a good way!) than other arnica salve's I've tried-- a little goes a long way. I don't know if arnica has made a huge difference in my sore knee-- it could be the regular rubbing from rubbing the salve in-- however I think it's an improvement so I use it."
