How to Plan the Perfect Summer Staycation
To plan your staycation, think about what kind of staycation you want to have. Are you looking for relaxation, trying new things, adventures or the outdoors? Once you know what kind of a staycation you want to have, then you can start coming up with ideas.
Staycations can still be as fun as vacations, you just have to plan it out and make it feel like a real vacation so you aren’t defaulting to “regular life” during your staycation. Try to stop yourself from doing chores, laundry, etc. on your staycation. That can wait until your staycation is over, as it would with a regular summer vacation.

At-Home Spa Day

Dedicate a day to relaxing by the pool, enjoying some cocktails and don’t forget the poolside snacks. Make it feel even more like a vacation by buying a few new towels or pieces of outdoor decor so it feels less like home and more like a tropical resort.
